The Central Bank of Kuwait is destined to become one of the major landmarks in Kuwait City. It has a site area of approximately 20,000 square meters and a built up area of 90,000 square meters. An adjacent parking facility will be used to cater to 1,300 cars. The building incorporates glazing on the north orientation and stone on the south elevation. Although the building is only 40 floors, the total height is 240 meters. One of the main features of the building is an auditorium that cantilevers 25 meters away from the building. Aesthetically and technically, it is one of the most sophisticated buildings in the Middle East.
