IQ: true, ibadah is the main reason one should go to The Haraam in Mecca for. but taking a memory of Allahs place isnt that bad is it. although the saudi monarchy prevents many rights
chrisuk: The museum has a whole range of artifacts from the Haram and on our trip we saw the making of the kiswa. We were allowed to take pictures there and in the museum but the guards were very through with males and checking that they didn’t have cameras which included taking pictures outside the haram. I did see some people having their cameras confiscated.

IQ: women can sneak in cams into the Haram. its been done many times. just make sure u dont start taking pics professionally wiv poses and all in the Haram then u will be caught lol
globe trekker reen: Obviously, the security do not allow us to bring in our cameras into the masjid. They must think I’m Iranian as they don’t seem to do any body checks on my mom!

I’ll try to sneak one next time, I had really wanted to capture the atmosphere there!
