Soon, the new iPhone 3G will be selling in Egypt and Jordan. It will be available for Orange users in Jordan, but I guess people will hack it. I wonder how much it will sell for.

Buy a unlocked one online Geroge. You might be able to find one. But me personally I think its not all that, I like to take pictures and the camera on the Iphone is not good at all.
Well Zain Jordan will not have it, and it was $599 when launched. You won’t be able to buy it from Apple store anymore, as it needs to be activated upon purchase. This is the downside, so you can’t buy it and crack it. You need to sign a contract with an operator. I won’t be getting one, unless i get a cracked phone.
I read this week that Apple will be releasing a $199 iphone soon, they had to give refunds for all the poor folks who bought the iphones when it was 1st released for $499, cause they lowered the price soon after and dude did the public here get mad.
Hmm I wonder how much AT&T will offer the phone for, they usually give great deals for renewing a contract.
actually the phone is going to be sell for Vodafone users in Egypt and for other Vodafone partners operators, including Zain Kuwait and Zain Bahrain. dont know if Zain Jordan is affiliated with Vodafone or not. I heard that its been sold in Apple stores worldwide
