Terms and Conditions
1. General
a. All participants in the Online Arabian Star contest are bound by these terms and conditions. Submission of an entry indicates the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
b. Ikbis has the right to alter or cancel any contest as it sees fit without prior notice.
c. Ikbis has the right to reject any submissions at any time.
2. Participation
a. Anyone can participate in the contest. Ikbis team members are not eligible for prizes.
b. Participants have to be at least 15 years old.
3. Accepted content
a. Submissions must be consistent with the term and conditions and privacy policy of Ikbis.
b. The submitted content has to be owned by the participant.
c. It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure that the submitted content does not infringe national and international laws.
d. Participants have to sing in Arabic or English, whether with or without the use of music. All users should state their name, age and country before singing. A special committee appointed by Ikbis and will decide whether the videos should be accepted or not.
e. All the submissions must be related to the theme of the contest, which is showing your singing talents.
f. Each participant is limited to 3 video uploads during the submission period.
g. Only submissions uploaded in the designated contest page will be considered.
4. Prizes
a. Winning is based on the number of votes on each video.
b. لإhe winner in this will get a cash prize of $500.
c. Ikbis has the right to change the prizes or pay the equivalent value, determined by Ikbis, to winners.
d. Winners must have a correctly filled profile on Ikbis to ensure successful delivery of prizes. This includes full name, email, birth date and country. Users with incomplete or faulty profiles are not eligible to win.
