Fougasse with sun dried tomato / Fougasse aux tomates séchées

Fougasse is typical bread from southern France made with herbs de Provence include marjoram, oregano, thyme and tarragon, it gives the bread a nice scent.
I changed a little bit of the flavor by adding sun dried tomatoes, at the end I sprinkled it with some cheese. The result is magnificent. /
Fougasse est un pain typiquement du sud de la France aux herbes provençales comme la marjolaine, l'origan, le thym et l'estragon. C'est un pain qui est parfaitement parfumée.
J'ai changé un peu la saveur en ajoutant des tomates séchées, à la fin je l'ai saupoudré avec du fromage. Le résultat est magnifique.
