M'hancha is a traditional Moroccan pastry consisted of fillo dough sheets and almond paste perfumed with cinnamon and orange blossom water.
There are several sorts of M'hancha, I am presenting this one so that it falls just before the month of Ramadan, because the Moroccan families like to have it on the table after fasting. /
M'hancha est une pâtisserie marocaine traditionnelle composée de feuilles de pastilla garni de pâte damande parfumée à la cannelle et au fleur doranger.
Il y'a plusieurs sortes de M'hancha, je vous présente celle là qui tombe bien juste avant le mois de Ramadan, car les familles marocaines aiment bien l'avoir sur la table du jeûne.
