Sousou..you took me back to childhood..this fascinated me when my mom first made it.i still remember how i felt and how it tasted.I tried it myself too but i found that buying it is much easier.

may i add a tip: you can put the choux next to each other in the baking pan they will stick in a nice way,and you’ll have a round shaped choux cake.also u can add bananas to the cream it will taste good

This recipe is so far my longest video yet. I split this project into two days, although you can easily make it in one.
The first day, I made the eclairs and the puffs using Chantilly cream, the second day I made different eclairs and puffs with icing, custard and chocolate.
This recipe can be used in any occasion, make sure to make enough swans or other shapes especially if you have kids ( my swans didn't live enough to make it from my kitchen to the table)./
Cette recette est la plus longue vidéo que j'ai faite jusqu'a maintenant. J'ai divisé ce projet en deux jours, bien que vous puissiez facilement le faire pendant une seule journée.
Le premier jour, j'ai fais les éclairs et les choux utilisant la crème Chantilly, le deuxième jour j'ai préparé d'autres éclairs et choux différents avec le fondant, la crème patissière et le chocolat.
Cette recette peut être utilisée à n'importe quelle occasion, je vous conseille de faire assez de cygnes ou d'autres formes particulièrement si vous avez des enfants (mes cygnes n'ont pas vécu longtemps pour arriver jusqu'a la table).
