C’est Fnair, un groupe marocain, la chanson c’est “Az elkhil” عز الخيل

sousou,this is similiar to 3awwameh,or loqmet al qadi,which is a very popular sweet here,but we shap the dough into smaller balls and we dip in sugar syrup immediately.

this dough is a bit tricky and dangerous coz he air bubbles formulated from the yeast explode when the dough is lowered into hot oil.the dough should be squeezed well before that,tried it once,got burned,never again..lol

sousou also we have something similar here but we shape the dough like pita bread (flat) and fry,then we either add powdered sugar on top or Summaq ( i don’t know if you are familiar with this spice we use it in mosakhan,Fattouche,and many dishes).
