Triplem, by all means, this is not like pancakes at all…with french toast you use already made toast and dip in eggs, the only thing that looks and maybe tastes like pancakes is when you add the syrup!
:) about the shooting of the videos, sometimes i do it with one hand cooking and one hand shooting, other times i let my maid do the cutting and the other two hand stuff and i tape her, other times my son does it, but with a lot of complaining. my husband shoots me willingly whenever he is not busy, and my daughter shoots me whenever she is in town while i am cooking!! i hope i answered your question.
