Hi Summer, thank you for the new dish! I never tried to do it without pealing the potato, so i should try it.
However, do you have a problem with pepper?! You need to add white pepper here, it’s a must! it will give it a great taste (and a tiny bit of black pepper would be nice). Try doing that and let me know. By the way, i sent you a message, look up on the left side of the screen :)

Mashed Potatoes- بطاطا بوريه-
Mashed Potatoes
Cut up the potatoes. Mash it. I like it in chunks so I do not mash it really fine. I use a mash potato masher or a big fork to get it the way I like it. Keep adding potatoes and salt to your liking to get the consistency you like.
Wash Potatoes. I use it with the peel, this gives it a much better taste and appeal
Boil and drain
Prepare hot milk- Sometimes I use powdered milk.
Butter
salt
Add hot milk, salt and butter and keep on mashing until you get it the way you like.
