Rehab, Thanks for coming by, watching and leaving a comment. there are many different recipes to cook anything under the sun. i think it is all about personal taste and creativity. i like your recipe too!
there has been many poisoning incidents in Jordan lately due to eating chicken shawermah and the selling of it was banned by the government! it is always safer to eat such “street food” at home…but it won’t be street food anymore!!!

^drooling at those pics in the begining:) I LOOOOOVVVEEE the shewerme in JD. Everytime we have shewerme here, I always say it doesnt come close to the ones in JD. I make a similar recipe (which faten gave me) but we also add onions to the marinate and put it in a food prcoessor then pour it on the chicken, and for the garlic sauce we add mayonaise and yogurt:) Why can’t you guys eat shewarme in the resturaunt anymore?

George, yes, they are called H2O, just a group of Lebanese guys scattered around the world and they make and create their own Arab rap music on the net and put it on their site.
