Mimi its so good to see you here,we missed you.this video makes making knafeh seem easy,i think this kind of knafeh is called “bain narain” since you have a double layer of the dough.i used to make knafeh kazabeyeh,and to be honest i loved it more than the real knafeh.(i used the bread crumbs for dough).I tried othmalleyeh too,its the same as this one but instead of cheese I used cream.ya3ni you remind me of old days when making sweets was my hobby :)
