batelco which is now owned by umnia,always drop the speed to 128 ..all the same..balla shwayeh te7ki 3an 3ala batelco..

Well as i know, it used to get capped at 1/4 and not 1/2 :)
Anyway, the bad news is that all isps cap you to 128k, including zain and tedata, umax would even cap you at 64k
The best solution would be to get a satellite internet connection :p
