mars appears red from far distances … because its’ rocks contain large amounts of Fe < iron > … but that doesn’t mean that all of mars is red < like the sky of the earth appears blue while its not blue !!! also the earth itself appears blue from far distances >
as this picture was published by the space sth association < related to NASA >on yahoo and msn !!! so i guess its true …
