summer this looks delicious.i only tried quince in preserves,i love the bitter taste,does it affect the taste of chicken or with garlic and onions adds to it a distinctive flavor?

Huda, the flavors of the sweet, salty and sour all came together and complimented each other, there was nothing that tasted odd or something like that…try it, it is really good! the chicken was cooked right and the whole recipe tasted just oh so good!
