Roobee: Jad, if that is the case, then everyone is free to take pictures in whatever way he thinks is appropriate. "Art" is not an infection, art is the very difference that makes a civilzation cultured. The biggest problem in Jordan is that the people only appreciate science and technology, and completely underestimate the beauty of art.
I am only a fledgling when it comes to photography, I do not claim that I am more knowledgable in this field than you. But the purpose of photography is not to show an object, it is to show the beauty of an object in whichever way a person sees fit. Roobee: Jad, if you mean focusing as in blurring out the rest of the picture while keeping the main object in focus, then I’ll tell you that I wish I can but my camera isn’t good enough for that. But if you mean focusing on a certain object, as m7ammad thought, then you need to open an art aesthetics book.
