ملوخيه ورق و مفرومه- Mulukhia is a Jute plant. Mulukhia is called "Jews mellow". - is a leafy summer vegetable that is extremely popular throughout the Middle East. It is available fresh, dry, and frozen. Only the leaves are edible. When using fresh Mulukhiya, pick the leaves, rinse several times, then spread out to dry. This is a vegetarian recipe for this popular dish.

when i cook i really do not follow the traditional recipes. i develop my own that suits my lifestyle. i like to make things quick so i skip a lot of unnecessary steps…as long as the meal edible and delicious, thats all that matters…right? :)
