The editor and publisher of The Detroit News says he has apologized for a headline error made in early morning editions about Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.
Jonathan Wolman says the headline incorrectly read “Clinton, Osama meet to discuss unity” and appeared today on page 17A of about 45,000 newspapers distributed north and west of downtown Detroit.
