amazing debate! i cant believe the whole thing about blackwater! a private fully armed security company commissioned to operate in another country and operate to protect people that are not from that country, that’s unheard of for me! does it mean a country could outsource a war? Like let’s say a certain country commissions a company from another country to fight its war.

Were there any precedents before this war? and i mean in recent wars?
