ABoud….I am American. And I am Muslim. Yes I have a Palestine in my blood but it still does not change the fact that I’m American. I was born here and still am here. I practice Islam as do my children. And I see Islam More stronger here in the US then I do in Jordan or any other country in the Middle East. I was in Jordan a few years ago and The reason why I say that Islam is so strong here is because when you are in a country that has Islam as a terrorist Group rather then a religion of peace it makes us Muslims in this Nation want to educate non- Muslims of what Islam is. Which means I as a Muslim will educate myself with the outline of Islam, History, Quran, Meaning and how to answer stupid remarks form non- Muislims with dignity and respect. In almost every mosque here you will find classes for the women, children, And men to learn how to read the Quran or lessons form the meaning of the Quran. I am so afraid that when I go to live in Jordan I will not be able to have that. I am sure there is something there but for a non-fluent Arabic speaker like me.
But anyways Aboud SHAME ON YOU. SHAME on the picture you shared. And SHAME on the comment you left. As a Muslim you should go educate yourself on Islam seeing how you said your not a good Muslim.
If you knew that Allah Created all Mankind Muslim in the womb and that whenever someone like Bret practices Islam, he did not convert to Islam but Instead he Reconverted you would think twice before typing.
Don’t you think that there is a reason why Allah has some Muslims in all parts of the world so that we can spread peace?
I have never seen anything like this form a Muslim.

I awoke this morning to a response from an ikbis `member that was violent and unfriendly about me being an american and islam not needing me among other things. The management of Ikbis,I assume removed it because of its`nature. i would liketo address this comment.
Please do not hate me simply because of where i was `born. I am not proud of everything my country does. this is why I am making these postings to let you know that there are many of us here in American who love you and are sickened by your pain and suffering and the oppression.
I love your passion in hating me because with passion together we can make change. will you consider that we could be brothers seperated only by land and sea ?

Masallah, your arabic is so good. For you who has no prior Arabic backround and for you to read the Quran with every intent to learn and understand what you are reading…inshallah Allah will make the reward so much more greater.
And that little digtal PenMan Quran is so cool. My son has one and uses it to memorize what ever surah he is on.

George,Thanks for the good word, and Solid snake, Well, I nearly died of colon cancer here in America and Have four children and I woke up one morning in pain for the suffering of the Muslim people among others in the world. Something is making me write peace songs and learn Arabic and I have promised my new muslim friends that i will notify them if i arrive at the point where I make a choice(ie shahada) but right now I study Arabic two hours everyday and we are preparing to adopt a fifth child from ethiopia. My short answer is that i am a muslim as The sun and the moon are muslims and that my religion is a world at peace.
