Yeah dude, I’m with Wael, go to Jordan for your next trip. I don’t know why I see jordan so much more care free then it is here in the US.
And if the eggplant is stuffed, then its magdoos…maybe in Egypt they call it something else, but Magdoos can be in brine or olive oil. I dont know were you are at in the US but there has to be some type of middle eastern market around ya. I know the Walmart here has foul so you’ll be amazed where you’ll find these things.
